Conor McGregor lost his UFC 257 main event fight with Dustin Poirier. He was linked with a rematch with Khabib Nurmagomedov if he had emerged victorious. A boxing match with Manny Pacquiao was also being discussed if he had gotten his hand raised.
Although he will still remain a massive draw, McGregor will likely be taking a step back in competition.
