AJ McKee entered the cage on Saturday night at Bellator 263 when he collided with Bellator Featherweight Champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire. Ahead of the main event on Saturday, AJ and his father Antonio McKee talked about being on the journey together throughout his career.
“I can’t even put words into it,” said McKee about his father’s presence throughout his career. “It’s a journey and he’s here for the whole ride and it’s a blessing.”
AJ McKee proceeded to defeat Patricio Friere on the night earning a $1,000,000 prize and the Bellator Featherweight World Title.
